Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

• Carrier: We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the USPS website.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately at  support@palmluxgemstore.com.

We can only guarantee address changes made on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM PDT. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after this time but cannot guarantee the change will be possible once the order enters the fulfillment process.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

Yes, you can ship your order to an address that is different from your billing address. Simply enter the desired shipping address during the checkout process.
